Nutrigenomics is a beautiful and non-scary way to get to know yourself at a very deep level. Understanding your DNA can offer a deep sense of compassion for yourself.  Mine helped me to understand why I have struggled with my weight, why stress hits me like a freight train and why I have grey hair!

We only look to those genes where we can support genetic expression using nutrition and lifestyle changes to maximise your wellbeing. It can be as simple as getting to know how well you make, use and then get rid of specific vitamins, minerals, brain chemicals and hormones. Because all body systems are linked, if we find that your genetic code for making certain chemicals is sub-optimal, we then follow the trail in your body to find the knock-on effect to you from a physical and mental health perspective.  Virtually all genes are magnified or minimised by certain vitamins and minerals, so where we find down regulation, we can then put in place a nutrition plan to help you.

The Methylation Report gives an insight into overall health.  Methylation is a biological process in the body that influences multiple other biological processes.  If your methylation is sub-optimal, then your health is likely to be sub-optimal too.

The Nutrient Core Report gives an indication of how well you metabolise caffeine, alcohol, vitamins and minerals.

The Detoxification Report offers a window into your body's ability to get rid of toxins from your body.
